£1351.25 inc V.A.T. | The NVS2500 is the new video or photo backup storage device from Nexto DI that can now directly handle the next generation of media including Sony\'s SxS cards, Panasonic\'s P2 cards as well as compact flash, SD cards and all of the standard media card formats.
Designed for the professional videographer/photographer, super fast data backup is achieved with the NVS2500 changing the way portable backup devices \"slow speeds\" are known as the NextoDI can achieve 40 seconds to back up 1GB of data from memory card which is 8x faster than their competitors.
The Nexto comes with a 2.4\" built in LCD screen which is full colour supported that enables you to view thumbnails and video footage as well as diagnostic functions for both HDD and memory cards enabling you to make sure there are no bad sectors to ruin your footage.
Fantastic battery life
The internal battery of the NVS 2500 will enable you to back up 60GB on one single charge and even comes with an external battery that runs on AA batteries. X-copy software enables faster backup speeds up to four times faster with SxS compared to an SxS card with a laptop.
USB 2.0 and even ready for USB 3.0
The NVS2500 is ready for the new technology of USB 3.0 that is only round the corner and is still the only full speed USB 2.0 OTG device available at the moment.
The NVS2500 supports concurrent backup both internal hdd and external hdd without requiring a laptop. Export data to an external USB hard drive by using the USB Host function. (*Important notice re: external USB hard drive) When you use an external USB hard drive, it needs to be powered with external power source, ie dc adapter.
